August Monthly Quest - Music!

HNN - Level 2 - August Quest : Music!

Happy August everyone! This month's challenge through the HNN is: MUSIC! Here, we will explore the way music can shape our lives and how it can be utilized as a tool to strengthen your Level 2 HNN foundation - Safety and Security!

Challenge: Create a playlist of songs that speak to your needs.

Purpose: Sometimes, it is hard for us to find the words to express the things that we need. I have found that you can tell when a song has pinpointed that need based on your response. When you find those songs, you'll know exactly what I mean!

Resources: Search engines are a great place to go to when looking for something specific. Type in 'Top 10 songs about...' and fill in what you're looking for! This is a private process.. give yourself space, grace, and time to feel what you need to feel. Have your support system ready, and be kind to yourself.
